Deposits for Appointments
• Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to secure all treatment appointments. The deposit amount will depend on the type and duration of the treatment and will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Application of Deposits: Your deposit will be applied to the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
• Forfeiture of Deposits: If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel without sufficient notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
• Notice Period: We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling within this period will also require a new deposit to secure the appointment.
• Missed Appointments: Failing to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. In exceptional cases, and at the discretion of the practice, deposits maybe transferred.
